“Update - After picking up the range today (Monday) we had and issue with the power supply (our mistake). The customer service was great. They even took the part off another range so we didn't have to wait for it to arrive.
Bought a new range today (Saturday) at approximately 2:00. Told them I would pick up today. Went home, pulled out the old range and put it out outside, went back to pick it up, arrived at 3:05 and they were closed. Wtf, you couldn't tell me you were closing in an hour. Now we don't have a stove until Monday because you are closed Sundays. This is why people shop the big box stores instead of local small business.”
“Walked in, bought new computer, 2nd monitor and printer. Went to pay and guess the wrong printer was under the lower price tag because it was a $100 increase! Guy went to go find the correct printer- guess what, not in stock. So now having it shipped to the house. My boss who was with me was not happy it took over 45 minutes to get and pay for the items...but he is adamant about time efficiency and was irritated how long the checkout took and the attempts of upsetting.”
