Mindy was very kind and provided great service, she was a great help assisting us in getting our phone numbers transferred from Verizon. Verizon doesn't make it to leave them, but it was worth the hassle, we will be saving a lot of money at Cricket.”

“I love the store. I love the products. Only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is calling customer service. It's truly a nightmare. You can't call directly to or be directed to your local branch. Even when I go into the store to avoid calling, I've been told they can't help me there that I have to call.And that is enough to have slowed down my want to shop there opposed to other places”
