“The people were great and worked hard to help but did not have the depth of knowledge that long time Verizon corporate stores have and ultimately were not able to solve the problem of not having service on the phones on our business account. We've been out of service for 7 days. I am hopeful this is the last after speaking Directly with Verizon's fraud department and not having Victra's people be the intermediary.”

“Tom was a little rude at first and had us waiting outside the store on his lunch hour but it turned out to be a big misunderstanding. We had contacted the other store trying to get help which ended up causing confusion between us and Tom.
He was really helpful and turned out to be a really nice guy that was dedicated to getting everything set up for my elder friend. She was completely set up to go when we left!
Just a reminder to give people the benefit of the doubt and don’t be quick to judge. We don’t know the whole picture.
