I was shopping at JCP on 3/24/26, returning a pair of jeans that were too long and buying another pair of jeans. This employee went above and beyond. He made the return so easy. We later were looking for several items in Home Goods, he was so helpful in finding what we needed, and made sure we used coupons, sales, and gift cards to our best advantage. “I Love this store so much. Every time I come into the store, everybody is so friendly and helpful. Honestly, I would prefer to shop online. And I do that frequently with most places but because of how helpful and nice everybody is at this location when I’m looking for something I try to go in before purchasing online. I would much rather see their friendly faces and have interactions with them. It’s also very difficult to take my four year old shopping. But for some reason, this is the only store that I can take her in that she is actually good?? And it’s probably because everybody is so nice and talks to her. She always leaves with a sticker or a tattoo or coloring sheet. I wish more Stores were like this. Macie Is who took care of us today and she is seriously as sweet as can be and my daughter made a new friend. ❤️ Can you can you can you do me a favor?
