The old management team ran the store so well and was very welcoming to every customer. The new managers aren't very polite and act like they are burdened to help customers. I specifically call out management because every time I'm in there it's either the store manager or assistant that is there.

A worker named Adam made the entire experience that much more enjoyable and was the most friendly person I’ve ever met in the store. He was wearing a naruto hat and made me feel very welcome and informed.

Great place but it's too mainstream now a days, that and there's too much lolli and pastel goth and not enough vampire or grunge. Gorillaz t-shirts and the Dangonronpa merch is sick tho.
