Hot Topic offers a mixed shopping experience for its customers. While some shoppers appreciate the helpfulness of specific employees like Zayne and Adam, who provide friendly service and share great deals, others feel disappointed with the new management's lack of politeness. The store has a variety of merchandise, including popular items like Gorillaz t-shirts and Danganronpa merchandise, but some customers feel it has become too mainstream, with an abundance of lollipop and pastel goth styles rather than preferred grunge or vampire themes. Overall, it is a place where customers can find unique items but may encounter varying levels of service.
Get place to get band t-shirts and Gothic gear, also animia items.

The old management team ran the store so well and was very welcoming to every customer. The new managers aren't very polite and act like they are burdened to help customers. I specifically call out management because every time I'm in there it's either the store manager or assistant that is there.

A worker named Adam made the entire experience that much more enjoyable and was the most friendly person I’ve ever met in the store. He was wearing a naruto hat and made me feel very welcome and informed.
