“Came to eastern Ohio for the Thanksgiving holiday. I ran over some highway shrapnel on I-70 that sliced the left front sidewall. I was able to catch them open on Wednesday by phone. On that call they had me pull info from the sidewall of the tire and they were able to order it. They called me first thing Friday morning to tell me that the tires came in. I arrived at 9:00 and was out of there in just 30 minutes. Quick and easy.”

“I had a slow leaking tire so I stopped in on a Saturday morning. The lady at the counter was efficient and professional, even with one customer ahead of me, and as a result the mechanic had my car into the shop quickly. All told, I was on my way with a repaired tire in less than 25 minutes. VERY happy with the service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”
“I wish I could give more stars,My husband and I just moved into state and on our way there we had a tire bubble up on us, stranded with nowhere to go or anyone to call on a rainy Saturday, we tried some roadside assistance businesses, local tow shops, etc, couldn’t help us. We were starting to lose hope but I called Goodyear and not only was (I believe his name was Jeremy) extremely kind and listened to our problems but, he went out of his way to help us change our tire when we were stranded. I have never received such amazing customer service and just over all niceness. I wish I could tell everyone how great they are. Without them we would have been stranded a new state. Thank you SO much Goodyear! Earned a customer for life!!”

“Always efficient and reasonable pricing. I got tires there when I first got my car, and I needed a sensor this round. They are patient and friendly as I discuss with my old man about the best choice and when I am asking them more questions for clarity. They don't treat me like I'm stupid because I'm female. The old man brought me up working on cars so my short fall is the way the computers have changed what you can do at home. I appreciate when mechanics can understand that and talk to me at my level.”

“They have always done a great job here. Excellent place to get tire work done. During these difficult times I was conversing with one of the owners and was talking about this pandemic. Mentioned how my one job as a home healthcare worker I still have. I had huge screw in my tire and had no expectations of getting it done for free. Gentleman was extremely kind and courteous. He insisted they repair my tire for free. I am so blessed and thankful for that. He said any home healthcare workers come there if they need anything done to their tires. Awesome job and ty so much! This is why I go here and appreciate their business so much. Best place to go!”
