“So my phone quit working yesterday. I went out to my local us cellular store to see if I could get it fix. I was not able to upgrade, which ment i was stuck with a broken phone. The guy who waited on me was wonderful!! Not only was he patient with me, he was very informative. Needless to say, this guy did everything he could to make sure I left with a working phone. I can't thank him enuff for the GREAT customer service and making sure I left with a new phone!!”

“Robert located at the fairmont location, was Absolutely Amazing! ( We added a new 17 pro max to my plan and was only there for 30 mins)! We came in and he immediately helped us! He was also generous to other customers while handling us! He also has very Great communication skills, anytime i go there i will ask for him! Overall 100/10”
