Verizon is a telecommunications company offering cell phones, wireless plans, accessories and more. The local store provided an awesome experience. Staff ordered phones, walked through the upgrade process and answered every question. The service was described as incredible, knowledgeable and caring, helping find the perfect phone and plan for each need. The process was smooth and efficient, with a top notch customer care feel. Staff fixed phones that crashed before flights, repaired iPhone issues after days at home, and provided professional service in the shop. The staff was amazing, professional and went above expectations. Highly recommend the store for phone care.
The girls were great and tried to help me but your system sucks. It took forever to get this process done! I still not figured out my phone. You need to provide some instruction when you change phones. I give the process a “0”

They should have 2 people working or one that handles on the spot tech stuff, I understand that Verizon has customer service but the lead into the heart of the matter is about 30 unnecessary questions, where somebody familiar with what’s going on would be much better. Otherwise, pleasant experience.
