“This place has a huge deli, but also a variety of discount foods. This was our first time their, we live about 1.5 away and were going to another discount Grocery Store about 15 minutes away when I saw this one also existed both have similar products but this place has a lot more deli and refrigerated items. Got great deals here and the food smelled amazing we didn't get anything to go but will plan better to do so next time.”

“Update...just would like a better selection of diabetic friendly foods and ice cream .... Been shopping here for years ...I am readily recognized by many of the long-term employees....I got very sick with cancer ( my illness was obvious ) the employees recognized this and showed genuine concern and readily assisted me in anyway they could ....gave me a feeling of being in a old fashioned neighborhood market . ...I will also praise the selection and quality of the meat and produce in this location.”
“Clean and bright store, I ran in for milk and got a few bananas. Only one checkout line was open, had to wait inline couple minutes. Clerk was curtious.Prices seemed good.”
“The absolute best DG in the area! Always clean, always well stocked. Most of the employees there are amazing! They go out of their way to help. Gina and Patty are always such sweethearts. The boy is so very helpful and polite. I am 72 years old so I can't get around like I used to. He calls me ma'am every time we talk. He comes around the register to pull items from my cart to ring up. Then bags them for me and puts them back into my cart. He even comes outside with me to help get the bags in my car. I have never had to ask him for help, but I hope he knows I appreciate it so much.”

“Visited this Dollar General after work the other day, and the woman at the register was so kind. It made my day! Staff are often friendly at this location during other trips as well. If you are coming from out of town, this location has lots of space for parking and is conveniently located near Sheetz and i68 as well.”
“Clean. Organized. Friendly staff. Self-checkout is easy enough. Never had any NFC, physical card, or other payment issues. A little higher priced but the points for gas (or groceries) more than makes up for it.”

“The new owners have made a fun change - The Indian food! I got some sweet treats a few months ago, and noticed the they had more selections to try later. I went in the other day and instead of Indian sweet treats, there was homemade holiday in the USA style treats - peanut butter fudge, etc. I didn't notice anything from India, so I'm not sure if they are just celebrating the holidays or if they are switching it out because I'm probably the only person who cooks masala at this end of the holler.”
“I had a voucher and wasn't sure how to use it. When I went through the door an employee was putting things on shelves so I ask him. He was so pleasant and helpful. When checking out the cashier called for a round of change.. lol.. the manager brought the change and behold it was the same person. I am thankful to you sir for being a kind soul. “This is like the fourth time I've had to go to this store because they are the only ones that seem to keep my Fixodent denture powder in stock for some reason the one in Cresaptown will not get it back and let me tell you Amy goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy she always has a smile and she greeted me very happy you can clearly tell she loves her job and the store smells clean and there's no tension it just absolutely beautiful store so I will drive out of my way to make sure I feel welcome and also everything I need is always in stock at that store which speaks volumes especially since I've asked numerous times in 2 months and nobody seems to order it at my normal store but that's okay”
“OMG!!!! The store is absolutely fabulous! A complete remodel!! They have added giant frozen food section and a produce section. The grocery section has been expanded tremendously. There's a T.J.MAXX-like section I'm the middle of the the store with a large beautiful selection of housewares, home decor, clothing and numerous other items. The associates are friendly and checkout is fast.”
“We visited Walmart in La Vale 3 days ago for the first time, and it was such a nice experience. The mountain backdrop and beautiful 360° views around the area made it feel so unique and peaceful. The employees were also very courteous and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our visit, and it definitely won’t be our last time shopping at this location.”
