“I have dealt with two branches of this bank and I have to say it is the best that I have ever visited. No matter the amount of money in your account they treat you like a human being and don't act snobbish like many other Banks I have been to. The people who work there are very down to earth and kind. I currently bank at the horse Cave version and it is definitely my favorite.”
“Great friendly service from many over the last year. Jackson, Garrett, and Amy are so wonderful and welcoming. Amy does such a great job at the teller position. She is very nice and we talk about our daughters who are both in Wilmington NC.
The drive through tellers are so kind as well. Alexis and Dawn are always there with a smile and are professional in their position. I also enjoy the “suckers” candy they present me with. Tough to say no to that service, especially being a dental caregiver ???

“Clean and professional. Friendly and polite tellers. Never had a hassle in conducting any of my bank transactions at this location. Unfortunately, though, the physical location is quite crowded and provides some difficulty with getting in and out of the parking lot/drive-through. With the many branch locations in the area, Citizens Bank is a rising star!”
“From experience you do not want to use them till they get their act together. Changed ownership about a year ago and have had to dispute credit with credit report at least once a month. Now they are showing a closed account but on my credit. I am done fixing mistakes for other people it’s not
My job to report to credit bureau. Credit makes your life go round when someone or places messes your credit up they should be held accountable especially when they know they have issues.
This is my update if you go to this branch deal with Josh. He went out of his way to take care of the issue with no excuses. Thank you Josh you are fantastic!”
