I called to ask if I could be transferred to someone who speaks Spanish because I was calling for my mom she needed to ask something about her account, to be told by the lady who answered the phone that I spoke really good English why did I need to speak to someone who spoke Spanish then I said it was for my mom. I thought the lady was rude. When transferring me she didn't even mention she was transferring me.

Yes let’s charge our members 1-15$ to print a cashiers check, then let’s charge the person who gets the check 1% for not having a bank account here. Absolutely will never bank at Abby bank because of that reason. So much for “same as cash.” The lady I argued with here in Schofield was professional and nice, the lady in Wausau was super disrespectful and treated me like I was mentally handicap for thinking I shouldn’t have to pay $100 to cash a 10k check. Like I said won’t use them as a bank.

I've banked here for 35 years and have been happy with service, that is until recent updates. I have relied on the paper statements to keep track of my accounts. Now I've been informed that I will now have to pay $5 per paper statement if I want to continue to receive them or keep an average balance of more than $500 in my checking. Why should i have to do that when I can earn more interest on that money in my savings account? I don't want on line banking that's one reason I've stayed with Abby bank. Abby bank is less interest and less service now with their update. All to serve the customer better lol. Looking for new bank. The only reason for 2 stars is the hard working pleasant employees.

I started banking here at a stressful time in life. Karla was my lifesaver then. As time went on, Abby Bank was the choice for my children to open accounts; they love the mobile banking. I had need to discuss some matured CDs recently. From the gal in the lobby, to Heather on the phone, to Sabrina and Carmen in the office, everything was taken care of thoughtfully and efficiently. Their patience is/was so appreciated. If you call the 800 number for assistance, they will walk you through any technical issues with the same patience, efficiency, and compassion that the office personnel show. (Thanks, Bianca!) I highly recommend Abby Bank.

5 stars for AbbyBank. I greatly appreciate the knowledge the staff has with their accounts. After the loss of my spouse I needed to close out his retirement account. The bank that held this account would not allow me to transfer funds until I met with their wealth manager. The retail bankers could not answer my questions. I checked with retail bankers at a competing bank and they gave me inaccurate information. I contacted Karla F at abbybank and received the information I needed. She helped me through a very stressful time. I know my account will be safe at AbbyBank.
