“I appreciate how much improved my experiences are with this pharmacy compared to when they first opened years ago and were getting their staffing and systems in place. Staff has always been polite and gone out of their way on several occasions to either make recommendations to save me money, get my order done quickly, and once even stuck around after closing time to assist me because I had to run home to get payment I forgot. They now know me by name and I LOVE how they will text when your order is filled so you don't have to show up and wait for them to do it. I understand how frustrating wait times had been in the past but feel that they have become much more consistently staffed and trying to improve the customers experience. I'm very grateful to have a pharmacy close, especially since they are open on Saturdays as well!”
