I hate to trash talk a local business..... But ever since the store expanded it has not been the same. I don't know what happened but it no longer felt like a small business. At the old store you always knew the helpful faces. I always remember Teresa, Dean, Ken and Megan. Now the only person I have still seen there is Dean. No don't get me wrong he's still very nice and helpful. But I feel so bad for him. I feel like he's getting overworked and probably not paid nearly enough. Then the cashiers are so generic. Other than the one Cashier Barb! She's amazing! I haven't seen her the past times I have been in so hopefully she's still there. But then there is this shorter red haired gal that just always seems in a odd mood. When I think of an Ace employee I think willing to help the customer! She is not at all. I truly dislike writing this about a local business that I've supported for years and years. But some things have to be said.

HORRIBLE experience here with a girl named Heather. Rude and unprofessional. The first experience I had with her was with My dog she came apon my dog and started petting him without asking. My dog WAS traumatized. It's a puppy and had not been overly socialized. The second experience I had was when I asked her where the leaf rakes were. She snaps back and says. It's summer you don't need a rake yet. We won't have any rakes out until fall!! I was not happy so I just left the store.

When I went in for this store for bird seed they didn't have it but the manager Dean was willing to help me order it and sure enough it came in a few days! So thankful for Dean! I know he has been Manger at this Store for a long time! Dean takes care of this store as if it was his own. He takes good care of customers too!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tim in appliances and let me say; he is absolutely wonderful. Not only was he respectful, he knew what he was talking about and explained things to me so I could understand. Hands down the best interaction I've had since moving here. 😃

This Ace has really improved since they expanded. Nice selection of gifts and clothing on top of all the "hardware" Nice small town store. Honestly this store is constantly improving their inventory and offerings for their customers. Ownership is very involved in our local community and supports a variety of local charities/organizations.
