Next they got me in very quickly and were good about keeping me apprised of the ongoing work. Finally, the car looks like new and came back with a complete interior and exterior cleaning. “My dad and I were coming back from a tractor show with a fully loaded trailer and had an idler pulley bearing fail on our pickup hours away from home without tools. No parts store around including this one had the pulley in stock for our old pickup but Tim was kind enough to let two strangers borrow his personal tools and even found a bearing for our old pulley and installed it for us so we could get back home safely. I have never had this pleasant of an experience with parts stores and Tim is an outstanding, kind employee that deserves recognition for his willingness to get customers back on the road safely and has excellent problem solving skills. He would not take a personal tip from us so I wanted to make our experience known and as even as a mechanic it’s good to know there are kind, knowledgeable people out there that are willing to help out when we don’t have the necessary equipment to help ourselves out of a bind. Tim sets exceeds the expectation and is a great human being.”

“I just was helped by Nick the new store manager and thank goodness for him. I informed him I’m not car savvy and I am coming in trying to purchase an air filter but don’t know size and apologize that I don’t know. He was so helpful and helped remove the old and find the new with measuring my old filter to make sure they were the exact part. He helped put it back in and made sure it sounded right before I left the parking lot. Thank you so much for all your help. I appreciate going out of your way for something that took less than 5 mins to do!!!”

“Had to take my Nissan in for service and first impressions were good. Shop area is clean and the service counter staff is very helpful. The only draw back is the credit card service fee. It’s a cost of doing business, don’t pass it on to your customer, prices are too high already.”
“The prices are good and the staff for parts are more knowledgeable than other stores. They have access to a machine shop as well for turning down drums and cylinder heads.”
“Good place for higher quality auto parts the pros use so it stays fixed. Private owned, not corporate store. Smaller inventory but they can get what they dont have fast. The online order for in store free pickup is great and often the best price in the area for what I want.”
“I am on the fence about the west bend store. Just when you get to know a associate, bam, there gone. Its really kind of sad that they cant keep employees. Dave the manager is very good, fair, funny, knows his shit. The only bad side is, i have like 8 accounts there. Between all of the stores. I never seem to get ant perk points becouse im always using different accounts or its not even on one. How about combining accounts”
“They took me in on short notice everyone was super busy and stressed but they still gave me good service and a lower price then what was quoted from Mavis after Mavis had me waiting I drive over to Walmart and they got it done no extra fees or long wait thx everyone in the auto department”
