“5 stars for security and customer service! I accidentally left the lock off on my unit. Within a day there was another lock on it. I questioned this at first. I called Ashley in customer service and stated the importance of needing access to my unit immeateatly. She explained it was for security reasons for both myself and the property owners. She did however, when learning of my needs dispatched personell from St Croix falls to remove the lock for me. Absolutely outstanding if you have any thoughts of a review under 5 stars you obviously haven't read the contract. Thanks Ashley!!!”
