Yall guys need to get some sign about the damn ice cream. I tried to get some ice cream that was above the rim and this lady (pushing 50 btw) told me to pay double the price. No signs about it either.

Cashier on duty seemed to be more interested in scrolling Facebook than actually looking up and serving the customers. 3-4 word interaction at checkout.

Same day, 8:45pm.. new employee uniform appears to be red sweatpants. At least it matched her hair

I think the two Casey’s gas stations in the area probably need to just close. At the Altoona location, I could not find anything resembling fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt parfait ….anything like that. In comparison, KwikTrip is FULL of fresh food options. So I asked the older female cashier if they had any fresh fruit. She looked at me like I was crazy, and said “no…….” (<<<< With attitude) I told her that if Casey’s wants to be competitive, they should consider getting some fresh fruit. She again made me feel like I was a bother, when all I was trying to do is help her poor little gas station out. Correct response? “Oh, thank you, I will let the manager know right away, that’s a good idea.”

Stood and watched the kitchen guy take 25 minutes to make 1 order of cheese sticks and two regular pizzas. Totally ridiculous to pay full price for cold food that's 20 mins late.

Casey's is really only good at one thing, the awesome pizza. Went in at 9pm for a slice of pizza. There were a few slices of pepperoni pizza in the hot case, that was it. I asked if anything else was coming out, as I was hoping for something with sausage on it, and was told that there would be another pizza coming out, but it would be another pepperoni. Huh? For a place that pushes their pizza selections, there wasn't much variety available tonight. And this isn't my first time experiencing this, as pretty much EVERY time I go in there in the evening there's only one option available. Sorry, but if you don't have what customers are looking for, they aren't likely to come back. I went to Kwik Trip down the street and got my pizza there. On the plus side, the Casey's store was very clean.

So pulled into the caseys next to menards in altoona. There was a female employee sitting inside the ice freezer outside. Thought she was working but she hoped out and went around the corner with her vape pen. Curious I opened it up and discovered she had been vaping inside of it with the ice bags. It smelled. Wont be buying ice from there.

My boyfriend went in today to get a breakfast burrito and there were two very sad-looking pieces of pizza under the light. He asked the person working if they could make a breakfast burrito and was told that the pizza was all they had. It was 11:30 am, and he asked when food would be available to order. He was told “when it opens” and that the machines were turned off because it was “just one of those days”. There is no chance that this would EVER happen at Kwik Trip.
