“I had a multi-page document and asked for help sending it by fax because it had been so long since I had done it myself. Besides, I am old and forgetful. Mac took over and sent the whole thing. when it looked as if the fax was delayed, she explained the situation and assured me she would see that it got through. She was patient with me and with the apparent glitch in the process. She devised a backup plan, which turned out not to be necessary. Nevertheless, I am grateful. Without her I would have been a nervous wreck.August Rubrecht”
