“I can't say enough good things about Quality Auto Body in Amery so far! On Easter Sunday, I unfortunately struck a deer with my classic 1966 Ford Mustang. After reaching out to several shops in the Western WI and Eastern MN area, I was ghosted by many and told by others that they were booked for over three years! Then, I found Quality Auto Body thanks to a referral from my brother in-law.

To my pleasant surprise, they responded to my inquiries rapidly after having reached out to their team on Facebook and reassured me that they work on all types of vehicles, including classics. Brian, in particular, was incredibly friendly and excited to work on my Mustang. He made it clear that it would be a pleasure to get my car back on the road and he shared with me his additional contact information letting me know he'd be the point of contact.

From the start, their customer service has been outstanding. They proactively confirmed their intention to work directly with my insurance company to get all the work and supplemental items approved, which was a huge relief. They even coordinated a tow for my vehicle, streamlining the entire process.

Impressively, after reaching out and formally getting in touch with them, they were able to get my car into their shop the very next evening! By the following day, my insurance company contacted me since Quality Auto Body had already been in touch with them.

Brian has been fantastic, having recently sent me photos of my car's progress as it's being repaired. This level of transparency and customer service is truly exceptional, and I feel confident that my classic collector vehicle is in great hands.

“I've gone here last minute/in an emergency several times, and they've always been able to help me out. I lost the receipt for a battery core charge, but they were able to track down the transaction, refund me the core charge, and print me a new receipt for the warranty on the new battery. Just called them 15 minutes before close to ask for a specific specialty product- they had it on the counter waiting for me when I got there. Great to have a local place that keeps a lot of stuff in stock. I've never had anything but great service here.”

“Always outstanding customer care at Amery Chev. I didn't catch the customer service agent's name that assisted me, but he was excellent. Brought my air filters out to the waiting area to show me how filthy they were and gave me the option to replace them. It's quite helpful to have the visual to see just how dirty they are. And it's much appreciated to have the option versus a high pressure pitch to add more cost to my oil change. Love Amery Chev, that's why I keep returning.”
