This was my first time at Team Wireless. Casey was very friendly and nice he went above and beyond to try and help me with my phone. So my phone was acting crazy so I decided to just buy a brand new phone. Casey is very knowledgeable about his job. While waiting I told him to help other customers. I give him 1000 stars

Called to check on IPhone 14’s and the sales Rep Andrew informed me of a promotion going on for iPhone 15pro and max. It was a pretty good deal. Not sure how long the promotion is on for but if you’re looking into upgrading to a IPhone 15 I would look into it now.
Andrew was very helpful and friendly. The Verizon store in Antigo will have my business always.

Verizon has had its ups and downs for me and my service. But every time, Andrew was there absolutely crushing it to make my experience better. He has helped with more than 4 visits and just hooked up my family with new phones and smaller bills.
