It took a couple days because parts needed to be ordered but Summer kept me informed and the problem was quickly resolved. In the short time I've been here I have found Summer to be friendly and responsive. I appreciate feeling confident that Summer will continue to be on top of any other situations that might arise in the future.”
“On July 10th, approx 5:30pm, there was an incident at Dublin Trail Apartments. The quick response from STEPHANNE, BARB AND SCOTT, was one everyone should take notice of. From directing incoming units, to directing residents on which way to go, and if we needed anything, all (3) of them were Johny on the spot. Their quick actions saved homes and pets. STEPHANNE BARB and SCOTT are heros in our eyes. If you happen to see them out n about on the property, stop and thank them for a job well done. Thank you for all you guys did. “Moved here a few months ago. The apartments are wonderful. Sure you've got a serious 1970's vibe going on, on the outside... But it's the total package. Rent price. A professional and truly caring on site staff that almost anticipates your needs, and the location. Easy to overlook this place--- but that would be a big mistake. Love it.?”
