Fast forward 5 years and we had a flooring issue. We didn't hold Mark the owner of the business responsible. It was one of those things happen deals. He found out about our issue. Mind you the home comes with a one year warranty. Mark went beyond and above our expectations with the flooring job. We expected no help as we didn't feel he was responsible.
