Bonnie and her staff did an amazing job of taking care of me and my purchases. I met some wonderful quilters and new friends and had a wonderful time. “We had an emergency on new year morning. They were not open yet but I took the chance to use the chat and someone answered. In less than a half hour it was payed for and we drove to the warehouse to pick up our merchandise . The guy on the chat and eventually phone was very nice.”

“We've been coming to this location, even with it being farther than the West side location. We always get great assistance, they seem to have more quantity in stock, and help is readily available. Came in with some questions about stain and refinishing my floors, they had great information and help. They always have what I need and can assist me in getting the right things for the job.”

“I had an issue with the 3rd party company that Home Depot used to deliver a washer and dryer. After removing my old set and installing the new ones, they informed me that they would be unable to switch the side that the dryer door opens as was promised by my salesperson. Due to a confined space, I was unable to use the dryer without the door opening switch. I went to Home Depot to speak with a manager. Collin was the best! He looked at the floor model, and called the store’s handyman to look at it too. Later that same day, the handyman came to my home…Within 3 hours the problem was solved. Collin deserves a shout out for his handling of an unhappy customer. I will shop again at Home Depot thanks to Collin.”

Matt J was able to help us get two phones set up 10 minutes before the store closed and even stayed after hours to help us complete this. All of the staff members are great, but I would highly recommend Matt J if you're going into this location!”

“I have been doing business with them for close to 10 years and Must say they've always stood behind their stuff.anything went wrong or needed to be fixed they were right there and did it immediately I look forward to doing business with them for many more years yes it cost you a little more but they're doing the financing come on if we had great credit we wouldn't need them I'm grateful to have them around so I continue to have the things I need”
