Additionally, the front door is working much better since switching out the inside mechanics upon your recommendation and replacement. But you especially went above and beyond when you replaced the hardware set that I messed up from mis-threading the hole for an upgraded set screw. I fully expected to pay for my mistake in that situation, but your department insisted on replacing the unit. “Yesterday my wife and I stopped in to purchase a new gas range. I have never purchased a major appliance through HD and we were greeted by Sharon Masters who explained how everything worked. She was very thorough and explained everything. After the purchase she shared her personal stories of cooking for the employees of HD and said nothing but high praise about HD and how they treat their employees so well.
Overall it was an easy and well explained process and will share this experience with many others. We will be back in the future for any other appliance future! Kudos Sharon!”

“Flatbed unload of rebar was quick! Nice guys in the back outside! Overnight parking in Front of gate or out on street! Enter the East gate…. Start time is 6:30am when guys start showing up…. I waited till a bit after 7am to let the employees flow in and to get going…. They leave at about 5pm”

“This very large and clean store carries all your welding needs. From wire to gas you can find it here. They also carry safety supplies and protective gear for all your safety needs. The store opens early (7:30) and also sells dry ice over the counter.”
“I just stopped in to check out fencing, 2 young men were there to assist as soon as I walked in. Justin and Marshall were all hands on! They helped figure how many panels, posts etc that I needed. I upgraded from 3 ft. to a 4 ft. with the help from these two. Not all panels were in stock or fit in my vehicle. These two did everything possible to assist me with my situation and it all worked out fine. I am so very happy with service these two men provided!! The knowledge, attention to detail and personable service given to me by these young men was amazing!

“They did a fantastic job helping me find the stuff I needed. I was walking in the middle of the store and an older gentlemen came up to me and took me to my product I needed. Everyone there was very friendly and do a splendid job.”
