“Bought my Ego lawnmower a year ago from a different retailer. Not able to get mulching blades off to sharpen so I took the mower into Kitz and Pfeil in Menasha on a whim and was in and out in under an hour with new blades replaced and old blades sent in to get sharpened. “I broke the cylinder on a 25 year old deadbolt for my front door (over tightened). The lock had no identifying manufacturer (even on the underside). Google image searches failed -- and the cylinder was a custom part for thicker doors.
THANKFULLY, the folks at Hardware by Design we able to search and find what looked like a match. They contacted the manufacturer for me and asked them to send a new cylinder. Thanks to Ashley Norton for the new cylinder.

I fully expected to pay for my mistake in that situation, but your department insisted on replacing the unit. “Flatbed unload of rebar was quick! Nice guys in the back outside! Overnight parking in Front of gate or out on street! Enter the East gate…. Start time is 6:30am when guys start showing up…. I waited till a bit after 7am to let the employees flow in and to get going…. They leave at about 5pm”

“I just stopped in to check out fencing, 2 young men were there to assist as soon as I walked in. Justin and Marshall were all hands on! They helped figure how many panels, posts etc that I needed. I upgraded from 3 ft. to a 4 ft. with the help from these two. Not all panels were in stock or fit in my vehicle. These two did everything possible to assist me with my situation and it all worked out fine. I am so very happy with service these two men provided!! The knowledge, attention to detail and personable service given to me by these young men was amazing!

“Was greeted at the doors, looking for a lawnmower took me right to the mower I was looking for. They checked if they had some in warehouse. Then took me up to checkout and used my online coupon! The person who was helped us out made sure we got the coupon applied. The gentleman helped me load up the lawnmower. The staff was with me from walking in the store to loading the lawnmower in my vehicle. It’s been a long time were I have been treated respectfully and by employees we truly seamed happy to be at work!!!!”
