“Raising this to five stars. They stand behind their product. I called them because on the place where I sit most often (though not daily), the fabric started pilling and getting rough. They said they'd changed fabric since my purchase, and promptly brought me a brand new mattress. The new one barely smells at all! So assuming the fabric holds up, I'm quite happy with it, and am certainly pleased with service. _________ original post below: It's a solid futon mattress, but smells awful. Still a strong chemical odor over a week later despite a high-end HEPA air filter in the room. My sister can't be in the room.”

“Valeri furniture and blinds are a great combo for your home. The furniture is stylish and sturdy, making any room feel cozy and well put together. The blinds match perfectly, giving you control over light and privacy while adding a clean, modern look. Both are easy to set up and feel like good quality for the price. If you want furniture and window treatments that look good and work well, Valeri is definitely worth checking out.”

“I already knew what I wanted by shopping on line yesterday but I wasent comfortable ordering on line. Greg waited on me and took good care of me. The only thing that could have been better is if the product could have been delivered sooner.”

“I hadn't been able to get more than 4 hours of sleep at night for well over a year and thought it was me. After a recent vacation sleeping on a different bed and sleeping 8 hours we knew it was the mattress. Dayra helped us figure out our comfort level and bed was delivered 5 days later. Last night was my first night sleeping on it, and I slept a solid 7 1/2 hours! What's more, I had no neck pain, hip pain, or knee pain whatsoever throughout the night or in the morning, and could get out of bed without a few steps to get used to walking. I hopped right out and could walk normally. I can't thank you enough! I regret waiting so long and blaming myself for the problem. And thank you for introducing us to your 2 girls! We enjoyed giving them some pets and attention, too! Our Leila didn't mind. She loves the new bed, too!”

“Amy walked us through looking for nursery recliners and made it so easy. Listened to wants and needs and had the perfect chair picked out without having to go through 20 we didn’t like. Offered us different colors and ideas when we were close to perfect and we got there! Such great pricing compared to the four other stores we looked at as well.”

“Every single person we spoke to at Hogar Furniture was SO nice & helpful! We were struggling to find the matching king size headboard to our bedroom set. After calling several area stores, Jackie (who is actually from the Green Bay location), was able to track one down for us in Texas!! We would also like to give a huge thank you to those in the Appleton location who helped us load & secure our furniture. They have great communication & really care about making customers happy. We’re so appreciative of the customer service provided by Hogar Furniture & will definitely be back for our next furniture purchase!!”
