I reserved a hybrid car for one way trip across the country. When I picked up vehicle only SUV are available for one way trips. Staff was very friendly and thorough on inspection.

Friendly service, BUT some expensive looking pre-existing damage to a door/doorframe was not noted on the sheet. If I hadn't pointed it out to the clerk, they might've blamed me for it when I returned it.
