Many regular visitors appreciate the positive interactions and the relationships they build with the employees. However, some customers express frustration over the bank's limited hours and ATM issues, as well as fees for using non-Chase ATMs. Overall, while the service is generally decent, there are areas for improvement regarding convenience and charges.
I have been banking here for 22 years. Great branch in my opinion. When I walk in they great me by my first name and even know my kids names. They are kind and interact with you.
