“EDIT: They contacted me and the issue was resolved quickly, appreciate the time they took.Called about an overdraft fee ( I never do that because usually I get them because I forgot to transfer money so I just pay it because it’s my fault!) but this time I had efficient funds so I knew 100% that they made a mistake over-drafting me. The lady was very stand-offish and swore I deserved the overdraft fee.. for a 99cent charge that I had money in my account for. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Seriously disappointed. Not only that but she was extremely condescending while she spent two minutes trying to explain to me what “pending” meant…..”

She always greeted me by name upon arrival and she would make sure that everything was taken care of properly and I was never a bother. She's a huge asset to this bank. As well as her I had a great experience with Eli as well. He would always email me or call me back in a timely manner and he was amazing to work with as well. Both of them are huge assets to this bank. Sadly I've now moved to another bank for other reasons, but those two made my experience amazing while I was there”

“Witnessed an absolute HERO of a teller help a an older man who was clearly being scammed. She even spoke to the scammer on the phone and asked him pointed questions to try and convince the customer gentleman that the scammer was lying to him. She really went the extra mile to protect him.In my own experience, they also went the extra mile to help us with the loan end of things when our closing was moved up. They really do “find a way!” I will never bank anywhere else.”

“My experience with CCU for my latest car loan was exceptional. Andrea M was my contact, and she saw everything through for me. I had already found a car, so she got me approved very quickly, and was there every step of the way when that car fell through and I found another one, and then again when it took 5 weeks for the out of state dealer to get me my title and paperwork. ? She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all the changes. She is also bi-lingual for customers who may need their transactions in English or Spanish. Could not recommend her more!”

“I don't personally bank here, but I care-take for an older friend who banks here, so I've been in at this location several times. Every single person we've dealt with has been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They can re-issue new debit cards on the spot here. This has been convenient for my friend several times, since she's accidently given her card information to scammers, and needed a new card number right away. I've chatted with the staff about mortgages and debt consolidation loans, and they are well informed, and seem to truly enjoy what they do for work.”
