We had a lot of questions and there were some glitches and she basically held our hands through it all and was very patient. “The absolute friendliest people - I've loved banking with them for years and they always are so happy and smile at me at the drive through. It feels like a true local community bank! Whenever I swing by they always have some random fact or topic on their mind - I have enjoyed working with them truly.
My one quarrel, is I never understood is why I get hit with a fee for having my checking account dip into my savings when I have plenty of money in a separate account with that bank. I must've spent $500 in rollover fees without even noticing.
If they didn't have that they'd have my heart completely!”

“I don't personally bank here, but I care-take for an older friend who banks here, so I've been in at this location several times. Every single person we've dealt with has been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They can re-issue new debit cards on the spot here. This has been convenient for my friend several times, since she's accidently given her card information to scammers, and needed a new card number right away. I've chatted with the staff about mortgages and debt consolidation loans, and they are well informed, and seem to truly enjoy what they do for work.”
