They have tellers to wait on you. I bank at covantage credit union also. Staffing to the minimum and they closed the drive thru in elcho and in Appleton on Richmond Street. Makes it a hardship for businesses and the elderly.

Charge $25 for an overdraft even when I have money in other accounts that should automatically transfer. And when it does automatically transfer it’s a $12 fee. There should be no fee for automatically transferring my own money.
