Wonderful service provided by Dave on two separate visits. He addressed and fixed multiple problems with both my iMac and my wife’s laptop. He was patient, respectful and provided clear explanations on what was required. Service was prompt and efficient. He provided excellent advice while he sat next to me while sorting out issues. I drive almost an hour to get there and feel fortunate to have this kind of service available in NEW.

Had something messed up in my settings. Went in without an appointment and they fixed in 5 minutes. Didn’t charge me anything. Have had my battery changed but here in the past as well. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and fair priced.

Absolutely fantastic whether you are an apple enthusiast or a sound enthusiast, go and check this place out. they have actual real sound hardware which is just fun to see, but it’s my understanding that this business now does most of its business by doing installs of hardwiring sound systems into new homes or renovated homes. the people in here are super cool and so fun to talk to and the facility is like a really relaxing place to check out sound systems and Apple
products.
I grew up in Appleton so we went to computer world decades ago, but I stopped by here because I needed cables for some sound monitors that I have somehow lost in storage and they were more than happy to help me replace them

5/5! Top tier and some of the best customer service I have ever had! Both were able to help save a computer from 2011 and also bring back to life an external drive which died in 2010 and works perfectly fine! Will be taking all my Apple products here from here on out!
Very patient and also very informative on what needs to be done. Also solution based helped so they make sure you get your questions / help answered before you leave!

Great customer service and excellent help with repairs and supplies. We have been going to Computer World in Appleton for years and have never been disappointed. They are always polite and ready to do what ever they can to help. My daughter is disabled and depends on her iPad for communication. They have fixed it multiple times and helped us replace it when needed.

We bought a pair of IPad pros in December 2022. 10 months later and 2 weeks apart the power interface failed and they would not take a charge. The folks at Computerworld diagnosed the condition and facilitated replacement. Excellent service and support, I’ll go there to buy all my Apple gear going forward.

I went in for a computer repair. Matt, the technician, was very knowledgable. He took time to explain what was happening with my Mac. I would highly recommend Computer World for any Apple repairs. Great place with helpful people.

I had a repair done recently and the entire experience was pleasant from the initial visit, to communication and customer service, to even the repair itself. Service was super quick and I was pleased with the whole outcome. Highly recommend. Staff is personable which is always a bonus.

Matt diagnosed the issue with my malfunctioning computer & offered me options. He helped to recover my data from my failing laptop. Dave discussed new laptop options & helped me set up my new computer. The customer service was exceptional.

Highly recommend!!! Took my MacBook in because the touch pad was not working and Matt fixed it in about 30 minutes! He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. They were also very fair on pricing. :)
