Called to check on my prescription which was sent in last night. Got a text saying they received it just to be told they lost it???? Did not receive any help just told to call a number. Loved CVS in the beginning but how do you lose a prescription?

The store clerk (Patrick) was extremely rude to me but was extra nice to the female that was with me. Interesting that his attitude could change so much in a matter of seconds. I will never shop here again
