App is not reliable. Has caused me to many overdraft fees because the balance is not always correct. Mobil deposit never works. Then when I ask to get them reversed due to technical error they say they can't. They say they want to help the community and the people. No one is helping when they are charging insane fees because the technology is not up to par.

As a long time member with great credit, with assets to support the request, I did get the financial support I asked for as the CU continued to ask for unnecessary paperwork. The CU also asked for unnecessary additional paperwork that cost me atty fees when my spouse died. I question my portion of "member owned"

Working with “Laurie”. I tried getting a auto loan and she would take forever to respond and never answered her phone. I just ended up financing through a different bank. Hard to work with a bank that you can’t trust.

I would give less stars if it was available. I use the Redbird Ct location and the customer service is horrible. With my most recent visit on 2-9-23, I spent 10 minutes in the drive through line and the person in front of me, who was at the window, had been stopped there already. When it was my turn, I made note of the untimeliness. No apology or anything, just a glare and a rudely stated "what can I do for you." At which point the other two workers stopped what they were doing to turn and give me looks and glares. Sorry if you don't like being called out on your poor customer service. If Fox CU doesn't get control, they will lose more business.

Lot of negative comments here, but I have had zero issues with this credit union. Keep up the great work. Been with FCCU for over 20 years. The upgraded system works just fine.

Unfortunately had to speak with “chelsey”. I’ve never had someone so rude and disrespectful when calling this company… I’m surprised she even is allowed to work here and at the least she should definitely not be answering phone calls. Disgraceful… I am not leaving my real name on this review, because I don’t want to be treated differently for leaving a review about her issues…

If you're going to have a digital banking app then you should make sure it works right. I'm going back to Chime the stress I have experienced from Fox Communities isn't worth it at the end of day. You guys need to do better.

Always helpful, I've been a customer in the Fox Cities for 30+ years. The human staff are always great: The ATMS not so much! Some of your ATM sites need an upgrade, and many of the keyboards and touchscreens should be more easily accessible to those of us who don't drive trucks or ATV's and have a lower driver's seat.

NOT ORGANIZED and money keep disappearing and appearing for no reasons so it hard to see how much I really have and how much I don’t have.Also I think one of them mess up my loan set up cause 3 weeks later I call her about the payment she say that she doesn’t work there no more and I should call someone else.So now I struggle with late payment cause some times they take money off from my bank and sometimes they don’t, its so frustrating that once im done paying my Loan I’m not going to continue with them and go somewhere else.

Over 20 years as a customer - things were good until the "digital banking" technology upgrade. Now my account is tangled up with my childrens' accounts. When I deposit a check made out to me, endorsed by me and with my account number clearly notated, the rep still doesn't know who's account to deposit it into. We have this same frustrating conversation every time. My checks have been inadvertently deposited into the wrong account. I was told that ever since the technology upgrade, information that reps see on system screens is confusing. How can people bank with an institution that cannot accurately deposit our checks?

Fox Communities Credit Union has gone very down hill with their system "upgrade" that occurred in November of 2020 or 2019. They continue to spiral downward. AVOID this banking institution.I was at a location asking to close a sub account and was told " We are to short staffed to help you with this at the drive through, Please come inside for assistance." this was during the biggest surge of Covid in Appleton!The online portion of their systems is completely separate from the system they use in the office which means the names you have for your accounts does not transfer so you must use the entire account number for every transaction.The online bill pay is not user friendly. I was locked out of my account because FOXCU didn't update my bill pay when i closed an account.

This bank is one of the worst places I've ever worked with. long term customer, but they have lost it & can't seem to get it together. They are constantly messing up which account money should be going into out of our families 3 accounts. Then when I write a check or make a payment the account bounces and they charge me fees.

Couldn't be more disappointed with this credit union. I have been a member for 25 years, gave them plenty of business.....went in to get a box of pennies and they wanted to charge me $5 as a processing fee. Complete joke. I went down the road to a bank I have $0 invested and they gave me two boxes, no additional fee. Thank goodness as it was for a hobby for my son. I would not recommend Fox Communities Credit Union.
