Thank you Marinela for making my tax filing incorrect I asked you to NOT sign me up for tax advance and you didn't listen WE CLEARLY TOLD you NO WE DO NOR WANT YOUR ADVANCE WE WILL WAIT. YET SOMEHOW WE JUST WERE DIRECT DEPOSITED AN ADVANCE! FOR 500.00 AN HOUR YOU SURE HAVE ISSUES LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

We had a wonderful experience here with Marinela being our tax expert. She helped us in applying for ITIN number for my wife and kids. She was very patient with us as I was filing taxes in US for the first time and was not sure what documents I would need. In the end everything was filed on time. If you have any tax related work I would highly recommend this place especially Marinela as your tax expert. Keep up the good work. You guys are awesome.

Did the drop off service 15 min drop off on Saturday was about that in time then finalizing 15min time was showed up 411pm appointment was told to show up between 4 to 430 Wednesday had to wait for him to finishing up our taxes when we came in. To finalizing the 15min took a hour and half. Tax service member was nice but had taxes from Saturday to Wednesday to just finish when we showed up we could have done the in person that's about a hr and saved time to do it all at once. So total time was 1hour 45min.

The gentleman that did our taxes for us was very nice and knowledgeable, we made an appointment online to do the drop off and go and ended up when we picked up we were told a higher price then we were lead to believe online (they were able to discount it a bit for the misinterpretation), then we ended up sitting there for over an hour while waiting to finalize everything (part of this was the computer freezing which i do not blame him for). Not pleased at all something that was supposed to take 15 min to drop off and 15 min when picked up so total of 30 mins took us total 1.5 hours for sure. Overall was pleased with how nice the guy was but very disappointed with what I read on the website to what we actually experienced.

It's a joke... to file single head of house hold and 5 kids I was charged almost 600.. never coming back.. I will go back to Nancy tax services and pay 200

I wanted to get my taxes done today and I didn’t want to go to a location and someone not be there but I called and got sent to the Walmart in Appleton. The tax pro named David did an amazing job. He explained some of the questions to which I would understand them. He was also laughing and very calming to me so I wouldn’t be stressed out.

Dave started to do mine... first off he said my fees are more because i have more and it was more complicated. I was like ok... maybe because of my 401K and one of my W2 is from Nevada and in Nevada we only paid Federal Taxes but ok and I had 2 W2 from WI. So I'm thinking cause I had more in Federal taxes then I do state so it's complicated... so I'm like ok whatever how much would my fees be... he said $289.00. at this point I'm like ok whatever. (What I should have done was walked out and gone somewhere else.) so he does what he does and tells me what my refund is... I said to him... are you sure?!? Why am I getting so much back?!? I know in NV we only paid Federal and I barely get anything back. His response was "I don't know, I would have to look at your return from last year and put them side by side to be able to tell you but I wouldn't know." I go well you can look up my refund from last year or any other year... all my refund is in your system. And I'm starting to get irritated and trying not to lose my s****** so I'm like ok... I'm not complaining that I'm getting more then I expected!!! Then he ask me how I would want my refund. I said direct deposit. So I get my bank account and routing number ready. he's doing his thing and I sign when he tells me to sign... he hands me my little envelope with my stuff in it. As I'm getting ready to walkout the door. I was like wait he didn't even get my bank info... so I walked back and I said, don't you need my bank info?!? He goes oh, I clicked direct deposit but it didn't ask me to enter anything and I've already submitted it. I said can't you go and fix it, and he said he couldn't cause it's already submitted and "if it gets direct deposit then it does if not you would get a check mail. My bad" those were his exact words... I had to walk out of there before I did something stupid!!! So I had called the branch I did my taxes every year in NV. What a great team!!! Jackson Hewitt on Serene!!! Gave me the info I needed. after looking at my taxes the last 4 number of the direct deposit is not the last 4 of my account number for direct deposit. So I called the 800 number and talked to a very nice woman... super sweet and made me feel like everything is gonna be ok. So I told her the situation, She looked up my account gave me the IRS number. Told me what number to click to get me to a live person. told me to call first thing in the morning. they open at 7am eastern time since it has already been submitted and to avoid what could happen. Before we hung up the phone... she gave me the supervisor of the branch I went to. Well let me tell ya!!! What a waste of my time!!! I tell her the situation, which she had already knew cause Dave had called her and told her. I don't know who's lying, but she said that when that happened with direct deposit. He had called their support team and somehow there was a cliche and it submitted my paperwork... I'm like no, he had already submitted it and when I asked him and he gave me that stupid response. that's why he couldn't go back and fix it! Then I told her about the fees and what his response was. She then explained to me how the process works and because I had a lot more so I was put in a category of pricing. So I said well he should have just said that instead of saying what he said to me. I go when people go and get their taxes done. They want to feel good and secure about their taxes and that it's being done right... So then we get to the direct deposit... I told her that the last 4 is not my account number. And she questioned me, I go I know it's not my account number. And I do not bank at ABC Bank... she goes "oh I was hoping that it was an old bank account of yours that closed. then the refund would get kicked back to the irs and they would just cut you a check and mail it to you.
