“A little tricky to back up to the dock as you have to back your truck from the street. I had an 1 o clock appointment, they loaded me at 11 clock within an hour I checked in.”

“They are always friendly and helpful at this location. The only negatives would be that they don’t keep many supplies on hand that you could purchase and they only see clients on Tuesdays regarding new CPAP’s and issues with them. That doesn’t give a person much to work around in a schedule.”
“As a first time CPAP user, I met with a staff member this month to learn how to use my CPAP machine. Being a first time user, I was impressed with the thoroughness and detail provided to me to prepare me for using the CPAP. The folder given to me with how my insurance would be billed, what supplies will need to be reordered, and how often is a good tool to refer back to. It also includes information on how to care for my machine. I left the office feeling prepared and confident and my questions answered. However, because I was a novice I did have questions after a couple days of using my machine. I contacted At Home and was scheduled an appointment to discuss my issues and work to resolve them. My 2nd visit was just as positive as the first visit. After a change in mask my sleeping has improved. Today, I called to have some supplies refilled, and again, I spoke with an informed staff member who was very helpful. I know having a CPAP machine is not a 'one and done' kind of thing. It's feels good to know the staff at At Home works to assist it customers.”
