I could've drove there and got an answer to my question in 1/4 of the time I spent on the phone getting transferred to the same department. Better hope you don't need to call for anything.

Can’t thank you enough! My mother was sent home on hospice Friday the nursing home Oak Ridge didn’t care her mask was in deplorable shape! St Elizabeth could not help her nor hospice care! She’s spent days unable to sleep and today your kindness truly mattered.

Anna was awesome assisting me with my C-PAP machine. Very thorough and did not rush to get through the process. Professional and caring at the same time. Good to know that Kathy was her mentor, great job ladies!
