“I had to pop on here and leave a review for not only this store, but their employee Taylor, from when we shopped today. Taylor was probably the most helpful and friendly employee I have encountered in a retail setting in years. Taylor helped locate the exact shoe my son was looking for (waterproof boot style shoe), gave helpful recommendations for wear, and laced up the shoe so fast it was like magic. It was so refreshing experiencing real customer service! Before we were helped, I also saw other customers getting awesome service. I am so happy with our purchases and honestly this is why people shop retail and how buying online, even though I love it, can’t compete with a store experience. “Zumiez was always one of my favorite stores as a kid. I went there the other day after years of not being in one. I am not the size I was as a kid. Essentially the entire staff moved Heaven and Earth to find the one pair of extra large corduroy pants. Their computer system was down, the keys to the dressing rooms were accidentally taken home, the one pair of XL pants was on a different rack then most of the pants. It must have been a hassle for them. But they diligently and happily helped me get the pair of pants I wanted. They fit me perfectly, and I love them. Thank you!”

“-I'm not adding any dress pictures, as I haven't had my wedding yet-
My dress search didn't start out great. Meaning, I went to other salons and didn't have a great experience. I should've just started with Tiffanis. My stylist was wonderful, beyond what is standard. If a dress I wanted wasn't in stock, she would find a close match. I actually ended up choosing a dress she picked for me!! And this is probably luck, but my dress came in unbelievably fast, 11 days after saying yes. (Orignally estimated at 4 months out)
I love how the store itself has a very boutique feel. The decor, photo ops, chamange after, etc. And everyone is very kind.
The only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars (and this may not be a con to you), but I wish I would've been told more about add-ons, upgrades, and such. I called to make my first appointment. So, had I booked online initially, I would've known you could upgrade your experience. Personally, I would've loved to know I had the option to go all out on my appts. Also, I did receive one text about getting an upgrade to my dress pickup, but in the crazy midst of trying on one last time and such, I did forget. Which is also on me, but I wish someone would've mentioned it again as once you sign out the dress, you lose the option. (Sales)
Overall, if you don't care about all the gimmicks and upgrades, it won't matter. Everything else was beyond exceptional!”
