“I went to 9 ahoe stores amd couldn't find a single pair I liked and my friend who was taking me places was getting upset because I didn't want to get the pain and boring looking styles they have now. So I went here and I looked around there was one pair I was ok with but I didnt like how the lases were to long like as in there not slip ons. So the person behind the cash register helped me get the right ones. He let me use his tablet to design my very own shoes that looked a lot like my old ones only they have my name on it and everything and it costed me $90 plus free delivery which takes two to three weeks. Plus since I bought it on line they had a sale pay $75 or more online save $20 so I only had to pay $73 other places I look are selling shoes for $200s of dollars but this place helps us a lot and coated cheaper and in my opinion is the only store I'll go to from now on.”

Associate Kristina assisted me to order the outfits through the Kohls app on my phone and I did Not have to pay shipping charges. Kristina went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the items I wanted. She made sure I filled out all the correct areas I needed to to insure I will receive the 2 outfits I want. Kristina is an asset to Kohl's Appleton North.”

“I had bought a pair of boots in Grand Rapids at boot barn, and within six months they started to fall apart. I live in Appleton, so I brought them to the Appleton boot barn and after some negotiation, the manager was able to get in contact with the Cody, James, boot dealer and refund The order. I got a gift card and was able to get some nice shirts and a jacket. Along with that order, I got a coupon and I wanted to pick up a hat so I went in the boot barn today. I was fumbling through the hats and Travis came over and helped me figure out exactly what size was right for me, and when they did not have the color in size, I was looking for in store he ordered it, along with dealing with several coupons and gift cards that are kind of a hassle. He happily helped me find exactly what I needed and was awesome to work with. I have had less than stellar experiences with other boot barn employees like the people I had to speak with before the manager made things right with my boots, but Travis changed my opinion on boot barn Appleton and I appreciate that about him. “My shopping was a little disappointing since I could not find an associate in the Men’s department. So I did not know if my coupon would work on a belt. I just took a chance, went to checkout. I waited in line until it was my turn to check out. I got lucky the coupon worked. I would have been very upset if it did not ! Since I had no men’s associate to ask if my coupon would work. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful. We just came in and picked up the suit tonight. The measurements and custom suit selections that Jose and Ben chose fit my fiancé PERFECTLY. Hudson and McKenna helped us tonight with the fitting and they were both able to help my fiancé pick out the perfect accessories, including shoes, belt, and tie. They really went above and beyond to help us and were super friendly and engaged the whole time. Shoutout to the awesome team you have there!
