Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Appleton is a quiet hotel in a great, central area close to the mall, airport, and many restaurants, bars, and shopping. The rooms are neat, clean, cozy, updated, and in good shape, with comfy beds, soft sheets, and great water pressure. A clean and spacious hot tub is a noted bonus. The staff is very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Breakfast is typical, simple, and ample with the usual trappings, and the coffee is pretty good. For the price, it is considered a pretty good hotel and a great value for a cheap place to spend the night. Some minor complaints include very tiny pillows and the toilet paper being placed several feet away from the toilet.
Staff was very friendly it's your typical breakfast up front in the mornings my only complaint is the pillows on the bed they were super tiny and made for a very uncomfortable sleep before nights that I was there

Great area where you have the mall 3 minute walk distance, places to eat near by and near the airport. Great staff, room very clean. If you're in the area of Appleton, I do recommend. I've enjoyed my stayed!

There was an unpleasant odor. It was shabby. The bathroom door handle was on the verge of falling off.
