“This hotel is hands down one of the most decent hotels I've stayed at!Rooms: The King suite had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the kitchen area. Nice desk with living room space and two tv's in this room. The bathroom is a good size for the room. A large mirror in the bedroom. Space to hang up clothes. Iron and iron board in the room, hair dryer in the bathroom. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body wash.Safety: Felt like home away from home. Safety was not an issue here.Noteworthy details: Breakfast provided in morning. Pool open 6am to 12am. Clean and nice!”

“I booked the Clarion for our trip to the Fox Valley in honor of our 10-year anniversary. Let me just say, Grand Chute/Appleton has THE WORST reviewed hotels in one area, that I have EVER encountered. It took me COUNTLESS searches and tireless research to finally land on the Clarion.Come reviews are not good, but thought we could give it a chance and see.I received an email about our stay, mentioning check-in and such, but no where did it mention that the bridge right off of the college Ave exit off of Hwy 41 to get here is out and you have to go all the way out of your way (4ish miles) to get around it.For a Friday night in a busy area, they should Ed had two people working the desk. The poor soul working had four of us in line and the phone ringing off the hook. He did a great job with keeping his cool and making sure we were aware of everything that came with our rooms.We booked a king bed-room, and it was great. Yes, there are odds and ends for defects and things that COULD be repaired, but everything worked, bed and pillows were comfy, we got vouchers for a yummy buffet breakfast at the restaurant next door, and the atrium area is a really nice ascetic.It's good to know that this is here for when we visit next, and I don't hVe to waste so much time SEARCHING.”

“9/10!!!Hotel and staff were fantastic and very helpful. Was in town for a surgery and they have Thedacare hospital rates! This by far in the best hotel I've ever stayed in! Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed and pillows felt like we were in our own home and the shower has great water pressure!Why 9/10, the only complaint is the we stayed on the lower level and our darker curtain didn't close all the way or have the option or rails to do so and there a light right outside our room, making it a little bright when we went to bed.We will be look for Cabria hotels going forward, but please change your curtain option:)”

“Located near major shopping center. Clean, excellent size rooms, great customer service, and reasonable breakfast selection. I would stay again and recommend to others.”

“The room was fine. Location was fine. Folks working here are nice enough. Paid more than double the normal rate to stay at a mediocre hotel, but it was a home game weekend for the Packers, so supply and demand...What isn't fine is that I was charged for my room stay on Saturday, which has already cleared, but still have a "pre-authorization" for the same amount that started today (Tuesday). A pre-authorization shouldn't need to occur after my stay has already happened, and is not a problem that I have encountered at any other hotel I have stayed at. A pre-authorization should hold the funds, and then turn into a charge when the stay is completed.More frustrating, in trying to figure out why I had an extra pending charge, I called the hotel 3 times and nobody picked up. I tried calling the IHG main line, only to be told that they would pass along my concern to the hotel.There are plenty of other places to stay in the area. I'll pick a different one next time.”

“Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. My only suggestion is maybe to have the door and door handle (facing Machine Shed restaurant) wiped down/cleaned a little more often. The outside door handle feels like it has been forgotten about for quite some time.”

“The place is great!! NOT overly priced I was actually super surprised because I paid so little. Inside pool with sauna, HOT breakfast (eggs were a little dry). Only 4 stars because 4 times in the night the fire alarm went off. I got NO sleep because guests in room 316 wanted to smoke ? ima smoker too but IT CLEARLY states NO SMOKING.”

“This place was not that bad! I guess people like complain about stuff. The only complaint I have is they need regular coffee creamer. They need to get rid of ugly paint jobs in the room. Should go with a light grey color to make the room ”

“This is a Packers game day 4 star. If this was an average room in a town that isn't used for lodging after Packers games, I'd probably give it 2 stars. The toilet was ready to fall off. The TV box had been stolen so the TV was pointless. And they only gave us one towel. I've definitely dealt with worse for lodging in that area. People get to a whole new level of drunk during those games so the fact it had all 4 walls was a huge plus.”
