“Schroeder Moving company was the moving company who did my families multi-state move. The consultation with Chris was a smooth and easy process. Our move coordinator Danielle checked in several times from start to finish to make sure everything was going well. Our actual mover Pete communicated throughout with what time he would be arriving each day. We had a pack day, a load day, and a delivery day. Pete was on time each day and very polite and friendly. Him and the other workers he had handled our stuff with care. No damage was done to any of our property or the houses during the process. They used floor runners and even had mats that slipped over the door frame to protect the doors from going in and out. The furniture was all wrapped and protected. Very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers.”

“We did a long distance move and couldn’t be happier with PODS! From our first phone call to the last container pick up and every step of the way the communication and customer service was excellent. All of the drivers were professional and helpful. We were completely satisfied with both the Appleton, WI and Aurora, CO locations. Thank you!”

“Great business. Amy was very friendly and helpful from the first contact. She answered all of my questions quickly and explained about getting into this storage facility. This location was popular so we had to start at a different one and then moved. The move in and out process is done on your own time you just have to let them know so they can look at the unit and lock it back up. Great small family business to support.”

“Dan was very helpful and the move in process went smoothly both over the phone and on the computer. They had a nice cart to help with moving which was great when moving stuff alone. My only concern was at least in my building there wasn't a bathroom available and make sure you have scissors or a knife, as the plastic on the new locks are tough to open otherwise.”

“This is the 4th time using UPack since 2005, prices are higher but the cost of renting a truck myself and driving it is still a little more expensive but not having to drive across country myself makes the service the perfect value. The driver who dropped off the trailer and picked it up was super nice and super at getting it parked into the driveway. I will always recommend the service to anyone, if you stack and condense your items it can be very cost effective but if you are spread out and not stacking things it will get expensive get a plan before the trailer arrives and it can be a smooth and easy move. Thank you UPack for such great service and employees.”
