I don't see why they get negative reviews. I was kind of going through a rough patch for about a week, and they worked with me when they didn't have to. Anytime I come back to Appleton this will be the first hotel I'll check for that has availability.

The best ever I remember this area of town being very bad and crime ridden, but since the new owners took over you can't walk on in or near the property without being on video! I felt very safe. The cleaning staff is very receptive and very helpful!!

Worst quality inn I've stayed in as far as being updated and clean. Carpets were bad and the bed frame didn't fit the mattress.
