This was my first time shopping in the store, was there to pickup some boots I ordered online. I took a look around and there's a great selection of outdoor gear, the service that I received was great and I even became an REI member.

The employees here are so wonderful. I stopped in on Saturday to return something I purchased at another store and everyone was so friendly and happy to be there. They renewed my appreciation for REI and shopping in-person.
