“Secret spot! Don't know why this place isn't packed all the time. I enjoy making my own lures and The Sportsman has all the stuff I need. I can walk right in and there it is..hooks, wires, spinner blades, bead, thread, epoxy, feathers, paint, I may have seen lead molds, etc, etc. and it's just down the road. I don't have to wait for a mail order that could take a week or more to arrive. There's been a couple times where I've needed to fix a rod eye and needed thread epoxy...Sportsman had it on hand. I would've never known had I not asked. I'm for sure Fleet Farm, Scheels, and Reel Shot don't have a size 10 double foot eye or thread epoxy. The Sportsman does! It's not only lure making or rod building supplies here. Sportsman has a huge...HUGE musky tackle selection, an abundant selection of flies, crank baits, rods, reels, clothing. Sometimes you find a great score on a discounted lure!”
