“Ballard KinderCare is extraordinary! I highly recommend this center for childcare. When I first sent my daughter, I was an absolute nervous wreck who asked about a billion questions everyday for the first month. I was never made to feel annoying or a pain - all of my questions in the last year and a half (and there have been a lot!) have been answered with sincerity and professionalism. I always feel comforted and confident in the director’s approach with every situation that happens when you’re caring for a lot of kids. The staff truly cares about the kids in the center and everyone I’ve encountered has gone above and beyond for my child. I feel very lucky to have found this place and am so appreciative of the entire staff. If you’re looking for peace of mind, quality care, and for your child to be treated the way you would treat them, look no further!”

“2018 - We have had a wonderful experience! Mrs. Howard is such an amazing teacher. She is kind and gentle but also get the kids attention and controls the room with such ease. My son has learned so much and has always enjoyed each day he's been there. Parents are able to volunteer in the classroom so I was able to watch my son's days. It was so fun. I can't say enough about how great it is.”

“Both of our little ones (2 yrs and infant) attend. We moved across the country and before we even moved and fully enrolled, the directors Dana and Tanya answered all our questions and made sure both kids had a spot for when they were ready to start school. They send multiple pictures a day of both kids through the app, give daily reports, and and call/text us if they have any questions. I am glad I am able to just text them if I need something, due to being on phones all day. My son has lactose issue and they are great at making sure he has drops before Every bottle and lets us know if we are running low so we can order more. My daughter also has food that she brings in as an alternative and does not drink milk, and they follow our nutritional requests to the T. I love that they track my sons bottles on the app as well so I know when he last ate. They also take Covid very serious and make sure we use clean pens, hand sanitizer, wear a mask at all times inside and temp check our kids every morning. Overall, this is the best daycare facility that we have come across and both my husband and I are glad we found a place with great teachers and directors to keep our kids happy and safe for over 40 hours a week.”

“My daughter started at 8 weeks old in a KinderCare in Texas. When we relocated up here at 2 years old, she was brought into the KinderCare location on Oneida and has been there for almost 2 years now. She loves it and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. She was able to jump right in without skipping a beat coming from another state since they are Nationally Accredited. Teachers have all been great with her. She is always learning, playing, and having fun and has so much to tell me about her day when I pick her up.”
