Got booted 3 times from their "line" just to return my equipment. Had to call 8 times before someone finally came out to fix an old wire that cut my internet off everytime it rained. Joke of a company, TDS is way better all around.

My experience with Spectrum has been nothing short of a nightmare. The way they treat their employees is appalling. Instead of holding management and office personnel accountable for their mistakes, the burden is unfairly placed on hardworking employees. It's clear that Spectrum prioritizes protecting those in higher positions while disregarding the well-being of their staff. What's even more disturbing is the company's apparent acceptance of discriminatory practices within their ranks. Supervisors are allowed to discriminate, abuse, and harass employees based on their gender, race, sexual orientation, and more, creating a toxic and hostile work environment. Furthermore, when employees try to hold Spectrum accountable for these egregious wrongs, they face even more distressing challenges. Instead of addressing the issues and fostering an environment of open communication, the company resorts to retaliation, threats, and harassment to silence those who dare to speak up. This intimidation tactic not only intensifies the distress for the employees but also discourages others from speaking out against the injustices they face. It is deeply troubling to witness a company that not only allows discrimination and mistreatment but actively suppresses any attempts to seek justice and positive change. This behavior further highlights Spectrum's lack of commitment to creating a fair and inclusive workplace. As a result, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of taking these serious concerns into account when considering any involvement with Spectrum as an employee or customer. Such an environment is detrimental to the well-being of its workforce and does not deserve support or trust. I cannot, in good conscience, support a company that fails to respect and protect its employees, fostering an atmosphere of fear and inequality. Spectrum needs to address these serious issues and implement real changes if they want to regain trust and respect from both their employees and customers."

It's a good store. We are moving out of the area and we're returning our Internet equipment. That went smoothly.One complaint with Spectrum. They have been pushing their mobile phone service for $29 a month. I've talked to them several times about it. I told them that I was leaving the area, moving to a place without Spectrum. I was told that you need Spectrum service to sign up with the mobile service, but you can keep using mobile service even if you move away. I even had that conversation the day we signed up for the mobile service, canceling our previous provider. Now that we've canceled our Internet service we were informed that the phone service price would increase from $29 up to $78 a month. That's a surprise we were not expecting.

Get TDS fiber. Spectrum won't help you price match and TDS will get you fiber speed at 1gbps for $25-35 a month up to $50 a month. Spectrum wouldn't even listen to me when I told them they will be losing me as a customer. Everyone I know that has tds LEFT SPECTRUM! And they are all happier spectrum in the dust. Why pay $80 for slow internet when you could have internet three times faster than spectrum at half the price?Spectrum you can thank Michael at your call center for being a rude unprofessional individual to me when I called. He was extremely impolite to me and he's why you are losing customers.

Alberto was fantastic - we went in on a mission to replace my husband's phone and go quickly as we had 2 toddlers and a week old baby with us. Alberto respected that and helped us get a new phone up and in service in under 20 minutes. I've been waiting to replace my own phone and will be back when he's in to do exactly that. We appreciate spectrum hiring quality people for their team and continuing to train their staff with excellence, but the true shout-out goes to Alberto on this one.

We cancelled our internet on 1/9/23 and they sent us a full bill. Apparently doesn’t matter when you cancel you have to pay for the full month. I have to pay for 20 days of not having their service! No-pro rate! Crooks! So glad I left!

Internet service didnt work once installed. They refused to offer any refund after 3 months of not being able to fix it. Canceled all my locations and going with another provider. I also dont like the bait n switch pricing either.
