I went to drop off a router. I couldn't just drop it off. I had to wait in line. I waited in the que for 15 minutes and my place number didnt move. I had other things I needed to be at so I left to try another day.

Very nice staff, best to log in before you get here because the wait may be long, if you don't make sure to check in to get in line at the kiosk. Enter your phone number and name, answer a few questions and lol at the tvs to see where you are in line. Good luck
