Waiting 6weeks to get back with information about my c-pap machine. Each time I call it's a different story. Tired of not getting my sleep.

Well, I've had a problem with my BIPAP machine for a while. They keep saying it's the mask leak, and the cord is overheating which causes the machine to turn off. I'm telling you the cord is HOT! Too hot to hold at times. I've had to change the cord and the machine, the new machine was great the first couple nights then it began doing the same thing. Maybe the mask is the problem, I understand that and hopefully when my new mask reaches me. Then today I got an attitude because she "knows better" because of her experience. "It's shutting off because of the leak and stated that it should turn back on." I then questioned her "better" knowledge with, "If it self shut off because of the high leakage and not the overheating like I've already explained to you, the other women working there and the technician you've set me up with? By that logic, if I unplug it and plug it in the machine will turn on. Well I unplugged it and put it in another outlet and it did NOT in fact turn back on." She never stumbled upon this issue obviously by the remark she made, "I know it's your mask leak!" She obviously realized her tone was no longer professional and started acting like she cared, "well, I'm just looking out for your best interest." I just replied with a sarcastic "sure," "great" and "will do."
The issue could be the mask and until that mask reaches me, don't give me an attitude. If you're calling for my best interest, don't make me drive 30 minutes multiple days in a row just for the issue to be not resolved and then call me with an attitude. I know damn well if I came with that type of tone, you're hanging up the call. Do a better job.

Worst Company I've ever dealt with. Do not call you back when you leave a message and their phone simply disconnects you randomly. Have tried to call them over the last few days and never heard from anyone.

I’m shocked by the complete inefficiency of this store.
They estimated a wait time of 4-6 weeks to receive a cpap machine.
It took 9.5 weeks to receive a CPAP machine.
This was due to their own negligence.
The respiratory therapist was very thorough and friendly.
Now I’m requesting a different mask style because the current is painful to use and it will take another 4 days just to get a different style mask.
This store could make drastic improvements to care and efficiency.
I have used this store because of the close distance to my home and didn’t switch because I was already so far into waiting for my machine. However I have used other home equipment stores in the past that have been quick & efficient. You may want to find a different store also.

They have lied about everything and they know i live 60 miles away and they say i can go walk it but im sick legs are weak.

I have been dealing with this location for years now and was actually looking for some other place to get my compression wraps as I've had very bad experiences now for years. I was there with another problem on Wednesday May 15, 2024 and for the 1st time ever I was treated very nicely and didn't have to wait forever as in the past. I have to compliment the employee by the name of Debbie (spelling ?) at one of the 3 stations you go to order things. She was super knowledgable and helpful, and took care of my problem right away. This the very first time I left the building feeling like things would be taken care of promptly and efficiently and when I mentioned I needed help getting my walker in the car she immediately came out and helped me.
She should be commended for her excellent job done and I will always ask for her in the future.

Terrible customer service. Got transferred around, was on hold, then hung up on etc. then when I spoke with an agent she did not listen, and told me I needed a prescription when my insurance company told me to call them as I was covered. Going with a different company. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Worse ever!

If you enjoy sitting on hold for 30+ minutes just to reorder supplies, this is the place for you. I usually give up, thinking I'll call back when they are less busy, and it's always the same.

While there home care nurses are good the ladies running the program don't care about people's needs or feelings. Go somewhere else. You will be happy you did

Terrible organization! Had to get a UV blanket for our son and they never sent it to our insurance. Then after a year I just received a collection letter for the entire bill with no insurance. Called insurance and because they never submitted it, it was past the 90 day limit to claim. So now we're stuck with a big bill right during the holidays. Horrible company!

I don't know if they have no clue of how to staff? Or if Theacare doesn't give them the payroll. My advice to stay away from this place!! Talk to your pulmonologist about getting your equipment anywhere else
