“New owners Justin Joel Adrian are fantastic with their warm genuine smiles and advice. The technicians did amazing work on replacement of my Cruze manual transmission along with other parts replacements. These guys really treated me as part of their family. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle.🤓”

“We were referred to American Fleet and Auto Service by our regular service station Pomps, because some of our repairs were out of their realm. When we walked in to drop our car off, there was a woman that just had her car towed from Neenah to American Fleet And Auto service in Appleton because Todd has been taking care of her car for years. What a great testimonial as we walk in the door. We received prompt, excellent service and great communication. Todd made us aware of any repairs that needed to happen to our Toyota but also educated us that if we didn’t want to do all of them at once he prioritized our list for us. We had him repair everything and are so happy with the great service we received.”

“The employees were super helpful and responsive. I had a lot of questions about my repair and they were great about giving me all the info without pressuring me to make one decision or another. When a related secondary issue cropped up a couple of weeks later, they fixed the problem for me on the house. I would definitely recommend Pete's auto and would bring my vehicle there again.”

“Honest!! I’m 100% sure they treat women and men equally. If there’s adder on’s, it’s because your vehicle needs it but they also give you the option.”

“I just want to give a shoutout to the team here. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been nothing but professional, friendly, and helpful. Even when they can’t personally help with what I need, they always take the time to point me in the right direction and connect me with someone who can. That kind of customer service really stands out. A special thank you to the store manager Cornelius for all that he’s done and for being so supportive and helpful. I truly appreciate it and look forward to continuing to build a great relationship with him and the team for years to come. Great people, great customer service, and a business I’m happy to recommend! —From Pete the Headlight Guy😊”

“Made the process of buying a car a breeze. No pushiness during the entire process. Explained what we were looking for and didn't get the upsell on other vehicles. Chris was incredibly helpful and made the whole process very easy going. I definitely will look at Russ Darrow-Neenah again whenever we are needing another vehicle. Thanks again, loving my new Kona!”
