Went to see about a change in plans. Got mixed signals from the rep and so called manager. Completely different story from what I was told when I called Verizon customer service. Will never go to the store on Calumet again. Very disappointing.

GO TO THE ONE BY THE MALL!! Do yourself a favor and just don’t go here! Dropped Verizon within a week. Mainly due to this store telling me I was going to get certain promotions and credits on my bill that I didn’t. They were going to match online pricing. The manager was the only one that could apply these credits on my bill. While I was finishing setting up my account, he left for the day. I was told from the guy helping me that he would get it taken care of and would get back to me. Nothing. Went back to the store 3 days later and the manager acted like he had no idea what I was talking about! Went to Verizon over by the mall. Great customer experience there with little to no wait time! They tried their best to resolve the issue, but between the other store and bad cell service I was done. If you really want to get Verizon, go to the one by the mall. They are great!

I've had mixed experiences with this location. The last time I visited I had basic questions about the new model of the iPhone, being nonchalant the sales person casually started ringing me up for this $1200 model without even consulting if I'd want to buy it. The previous iPhone purchase I did through here, they were hesitant to show me other iPhone colors as it would have taken an extra step. It's been shown to me over several visits that the selling process is tailored to the commission rather than the customer experience and quality assurance.When I've needed customer service it has been typically helpful. They've been receptive to technical plan problems and data issues. For newer buyers I would head buying from this location. Visit the Verizon located on 653 Ridgeview Drive in Appleton for much more sound and honest customer service.

Easy to pick up — and then set up first wireless internet ‘cube.’ So inexpensive we ordered a second one. Great price. Very easy to install. With only two Ethernet ports per cube, we added the second to support remote work. Responsive, friendly service on each of three visits. Thanks, Alisha.

Dear Everyone,♥️This is a lovely store with some lovely people inside. ♥️I apologize if any of my dancing in the Verizon store on 6/1/2023 in the afternoon got misinterpreted as intentionally flirting: it was the only way I thought I could see all sides of the smartphones (before I realized the smartphones were detachable ?).It just brings me so much joy, passionate liking, and confidence to make eye contact with other human beings who are also so aware of the smartphone market, and people who's confidence goes way beyond what I could ever ask for/dream of! ♥️Though I used to think of Verizon as a top strategic competitor in the consumer phone plan marketplace five years ago, however/on the contrary I also prize frugality.Sincerely, with lots of love, and intended purely platonically,Grant Edward Vollrath (a rebel and a Tello customer ?).

I wish I could put zero stars. What terrible experience so far. Really thinking of dropping this carrierA week ago, I bought a IPhone 13 through Verizon and just yesterday the Bluetooth and WI-FI connection don’t work. So I went to the Appleton store to get it looked at and they determined it to be dead on arrival. So they said they would replace it free of charge being it’s only a week old. They told me they could not do it at the time cause they didn’t have any in stock. Was told to come back tomorrow and they will have one ready for me. Just went back today and they told me that they don’t have any in stock that color and they would charge me a restocking fee cause it’s not the same color. So was told again to come back again tomorrow. I have wasted over 4 hours of drive time and my problem still ant resolved.

Every time I go to this store the staff doesn't respect my time. There are workers not doing anything just chit chatting and I'm standing waiting for over a half hour before anyone asked me to be checked in.

Extremely upset with the service. Made a appointment with them before I drove 106 miles to get my mother a new phone and we showed up and there wasn't a appointment in the system. There was too many people waiting for them to help us.

I was dealing with an issue switching carriers and Alisha and Chelsea did everything they could to take care of me. Couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and customer service. If i could give 10 stars to both of them I would.

I hate leaving poor reviews but this store is the least helpful store I’ve ever been to. I was having issues transferring my number from my old phone to my new phone at home so I decided to go to the store for assistance. I walked in with about 40 minutes before close there were two customers and four associates. The manager immediately rolled his eyes walking up to me. I explained the situation and with a heavy sigh he explained “considering they close soon and all associates were tied up I would need to complete my request online”. I left immediately. The store by the Fox River Mall (especially the store manager) is amazing and always willing to help this store however will do anything to push you out the door.

Josh at the Kaukauna store was absolutely no help whatsoever. My phone isn't working and he did nothing to troubleshoot my issue. He wanted to set up an appointment for tech support to call me. I need my phone to work now, I run my business from my phone!

The greeter was rude. He asked me what I was looking for and I said wired earbuds. He belittled me and told me that it is something Walmart would hold because Verizon does not sell those anymore, suggesting that I probably could not afford what they have to offer, which is not true. The store worker pointed towards the door signaling that I should leave. I did not even get a chance to look around. He was extremely disrespectful and left me distraught. They just lost a potential customer and I will never come here again.

Most people trade in their phones every two years or whenever there is an upgrade. I try to get my phones to last 4 to 5 years just to avoid the headache. I would give this store a higher score but: 1- you can't reach them directly via phone. Instead you get redirectely to an endless general corporate hold. 2- They don't help with the transfer from old phone to new. They just sell you a new one. Make sure to make an appointment... walkins aren't encouraged.3- They don't help put on their expensive screen protectors. Other Verizon Stores have helped with this in the past. This store doesn't. Don't waste your money on the $60 screen protectors here... the $10 ones from Amazon go on more easily and work just as well.

Absolutely horrible. Brought my phone in to see what could be done because it’s dropped service twice now and won’t reconnect. One of the managers “checked me in” but told me there was nothing they could do. He made it very clear he had zero desire to help me. I went home and called corporate. They told me to go back to the store and they will take care of me. I went back and asked for a manager. This same guy interrupted the other manager and proceeded to fight with me about what I said compared to what he said. He told me I was lying. I wasn’t. I just wanted someone to look into my problem instead of just blowing me off. Here I am across town at another store being greeted kindly and someone eager to help. Avoid
