“For over 20 years We have been taking all our rescue cats for their regular and as needed veterinarian visits to Animal Medical Center of Appleton. We feel very blessed and well cared for. Once again we had a wonderful visit for a change in condition in our 11 year old Princess. She had a seizure and this was her first. The arrangement for care and the visit were, as always appropriately provided by kind and competent staff. The multiple health issues Princess has makes a thorough assessment with gathering history and changes in Princess's behavior, routine as well as symptoms, diet, mobility, etc. necessary. I have always felt the staff are patient, thorough, and use critical thinking skills to gather health history, determine and discussing wanted testing, and needs of patient and family for the comfort and peace of mind for all. This team weathers all changes and continues to deliver outstanding care for our pets; our family.”

They have raised the bar on vet services, Dr. Angela and team were so patient, informative, and spent time w/ my pet and took cues on her likes/dislikes. I highly recommend this office and team.”

“Couldn't recommend Dr Shepherd and his great/caring staff any higher. Chose them because they were within walking distance of my house and 12+ years later I am so proud to have them helping take care of my precious pet. Dr Shepherd is the lone vet in a busy practice so quick appointments can be tricky to schedule. They keep emergency appointments available for day-of care which I've had to utilize 10+ times, always getting my pet thoroughly examined”
